Having prior office admin experience and a sharp attention to detail is critical to being successful at this position.
Duties:
- Perform various customer service tasks, such as communicating with customers regarding their orders.
- Help to coordinate office operations and procedures - Assist with human resources functions, including paperwork onboarding - Enter sales orders into our system.
(we'll train on our industry CRM) - Handle front desk duties, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing mail - Serve as a liaison with vendors and suppliers and assist placing purchase orders Skills:
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail - Proficient knowledge of Excel, MS Office etc - Ability to budget and manage expenses effectively - Excellent customer service skills - Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence management - Familiarity with vendor management processes - Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team.
